for back that day i did

Seated hammer rows plated
100lbs each side,
11-14reps 3 sets

hammer strength seated iso rows,
up to 90lbs each side
8-12 reps 2-3 sets forgot heh......

woops, forgot to add in another back thing i did

it was this shrug thing
hammer strength, low handles, bout 5inches off the ground
45lbs on each side,
6-12 reps 2 sets, pause at the last two reps, and flex

my memory sucks bullocks for some reason

thanks VIK, i try, right now im sucking on an nicotine lozenge
i suck on one too while im asleep
noticed, its helping me lose weight
im at 161or so lbs, but trying not to go below that, mostly i wanna be at bout 170-175 lean

todays a day off from work
might go in and do cardio for a while
went to target, then walked to cost plus
bought a 50gram iron-tek micellar protein RTD
feeling good :)

today was cardio
gym closes at 7 on weekends
got there at bout 5:30ish or so
did 30mins on bike, and 30mins on recumbent bike
205-215 cals burned
good amount, i didnt eat much so it was light level cardio

good amount, i didnt eat much so it was light level cardio

Good to hear hypo i'm a fat ass and only did 30 mins on the stair master but I guess I got a right since I'm bulking :keke:

i know cardio sucks, but listening to music helps
the shit i listen to makes level 15 on the bike feel like level 5
lol

btw, i also forgot to add another leg workout i did, that day

Deads with this BB like thing, its round, you get in the middle
dunno if any of you know what im talking bout
round BB, your in the middle, theres handles on the side, plates on the side etc
i did 125lbs with 4-8 reps, deads then shrugged each rep

yea cardio sucks, but you have to do it.. i always watching all those nice bb videos from youtube in the gym, helps a lot...

I never really thought of that..
the internet on the lcd flat screen is hard to type in
the keyboard is the screen, took me like 2mins to type in musclemecca
:S, i'll try to do that man, sounds like a good idea
