i know cardio sucks, but listening to music helps
the shit i listen to makes level 15 on the bike feel like level 5
lol

btw, i also forgot to add another leg workout i did, that day

Deads with this BB like thing, its round, you get in the middle
dunno if any of you know what im talking bout
round BB, your in the middle, theres handles on the side, plates on the side etc
i did 125lbs with 4-8 reps, deads then shrugged each rep

I think those things are called hex bars or trap bars. I don't think I've ever used one...you like it?

calf presses on machine 40lbs both legs
full ROM, 2 sets of 8-10
Calf presses on leg sled machine 100lbs one legged each 8-10 reps

Leg presses on sled machine one legged 160lbs 8 reps each
both legs inwards toe, 200lbs 8-10 reps

some new hamstring laying thing
50lbs one legged 5 reps each leg ( felt odd)

Oblique twists with white PVC pipe
2 sets 30
Ab rope crunching standing 100lbs 8-10 reps
Ab rope crunches kneeling 150lbs 10-12 reps
then another set for standing 8-10 reps same weight
machine ab crunches up to 150lbs 7-10 reps

DB seated curls
25lbs 8-14 reps, 6 reps normal curls
rest were palms facing wall,
30lbs db curls same thing, and pause at top, and flex biceps
35lbs DB zottman curls 5-8 reps
pause at end for a while
Seated BB EZ curls resting on legs
40lbs 4 sets 2 sets normal grip, 2 sets reverse 8-12 reps
good form and contraction

One handed Tricep push down using one pulley system
30lbs (feels like 60+) 6 reps, then 40, 3-4 reps per arm
Tricep rope push downs, 50lbs 2 sets wide at end
6-8 reps

DB front raises for shoulder, 20lbs 12 reps then 6 more
with fist vertical
Seated shoulder machine presses
30lbs one handed 4-8 reps each
60lbs both hands 6-8 reps
Side machine raises for shoulders... 35lbs each side
5-10 reps

Lat pulldowns 90lbs close grip with wide bar
6-10 reps
then wide grip behind neck, not all the way down, but flexing traps
105lbs 4-8 reps
overhead pull over machine
90lbs 2 sets 4-8 reps

seated chest machine press
50lbs one handed 6-12 reps each hand
120lbs both handed 8-12reps
then 140lbs both handed same as above
then one handed 70lbs 4-8 each
each set i had my hand in a different position
targeting each type of muscle tissue

its hard trying to up weights on any DB workout
i guess thats the repercussions i get from doing full body workouts
but next workout im gonna up all DB exercises by 5lbs at least
definitely not going to up it too quickly..

im thankful for everyones support, even tho in person i have no friends
or anyone around me cept busy family, i can sure count on my friends here :)

rotator cuffs stuffs

Seated DB curls
30lbs, multiple positions, palm out, palm in etc
DB, hammer curls 55lbs 4-6 reps
(10-12reps for regular db curls)
DB ccs 35lbs 4 reps each hand
Seated lap ez bb curls 50lbs reverse, wide then narrow
then normal, and normal standing 5-8 reps each set

DB kickbacks, 20lbs 6reps one set (good pause at end)
One handed Pulley pushdowns (one pulley system)
40lbs 3 reps, each hand, 30lbs 4-5 reps
then same pulley with bent bar, up to 70lbs 3-5reps
Then the same one again, with rope extensions 50lbs 3-5 reps

front db raises, 20lbs
10reps, then side rasies, 20lbs 5-7reps
then db fronts with 35lbs 4-6reps
machine shoulder presses up to 120lbs 4-5reps
machine shoulder raises 40lbs each side, 10+reps

seated machine plated rows, up to 90lbs on it (felt like 200somin :S)
up to 8 reps, 2 sets grip on top of handle and grip on bottom
plated lat pulldowns, up to 90lbs good reps, pause at end, flex back, goood Feeling :D
2 sets, front and behind back 6-9reps
one handed cable rows up to 75lbs 4-6reps

chest press up to 140lbs both hands 4-6 reps
different positions with hands, to hit each muscle tissue
one handed up to 80lbs 5-8reps
2 sets also with 120lbs

Pec deck one handed 50lbs warm up
then 100lbs one handed each side 4-6reps
2 sets

ab rope crunches with machine up to 150lbs 5-8 reps
standing rope crunches with one pulley system up to 70lbs 10reps
standing rope crunches with normal pulley up to 110lbs 2sets
kneeling rope crunches 150lbs 8-12reps pause at end flex abs

seated machine calf presses 40lbs both legs toes inward, full ROM
6-10reps
Then lowered seat and widened feet, toes outward 40lbs same reps

leg extensions one legged 50lbs 6 reps
bot legs 110lbs 6 reps
said fuck it and did 150lbs 6 reps...

Oblique twists with PCV pipe
30 reps

My dad went with me to the gym
he did cardio

after that i drove to Bill Millers BBQ got 1lb half of meat

thanks guys, need to do some cardio
light cardio though, i dont eat alot, so heavy cardio would be useless
just need to get my heart rate steady..
im so tired and hungry now
