If we assume Jay comes in looking like he has done the last years, a little off, and phil, dex, kai and wolf comes in improved. Jay´s 5th IMO.
But if Jay shows improvement in symmetry and peaks for the show he´s top three. I dont see him taking Phil but Jay might get a gift and get 2nd.

He did in the other shots. Even in those, you can see Vic's lats aren't as no where near as full as Kai's.

Vic is wide, no doubt. But weaker lats than Kai.

if he nails his condition he will win i think, he is improved this year and above all his w8st looks alot better. + checkout the side chest post in his last weekly training vids movie. looks phenomenal.


i dont rlly get the insane amount of hype over phil, or okay the guye is insane he is BUT rlly i think his arms are going out of control compared to the rest of his body, he doesnt have the width to handle theese monster arms and for some reason it just looks strange. Dexter anytime has a more eyepleasant body than phil. As said phil is unbeliveble according to lean mass, conditioning improvement etc, but his proportions is not in the right league.

Absolutely. Attached are three comparisons from the 2008 Olympia finals. If Jay can hold this condition and bring improved fullness, he has a chance of winning. That said, Heath and Jackson will be improved, as well, so I don't think Jay (or anyone) is likely to win with a perfect score.
