Beachwork is when i train the glory muscles. They look good on the podio and give an estetic look...but they are close to no use lifting a heavy ass weight.

I looove milk. I drink up to 4 liters a day to keep my calories high. I like to drink it during the session too...i have the viking genes..i can handle it :turborun:

Thanks Prince V, i hope so too. I feel better and i am confident that i can put some more plates on next week without jeopardizing my recovery :bullwhip:

Tate presses is a dumbell exercise named after the powerlifter and coach dave Tate. I guess pictures are better than a millon words..here you go:

pionky grip is that just reverse grip, cause when I use reverse grip ony my pinky can grip the bar really from rolling unto my face.

No, i use the term "pinky grip" when i take a closer grip, so i have the pinky finger on the ring, instead of the index finger.

Epic squats dude!
Not Epic enough :deadhorse: One of my friends does 660 lb in the same exercise on lower bodyweight which make me look like a wuss. I should be able to hit 600 lb though, sticking to singles and a goooood day :bball:

I noticed that, those are some serious raw squats dude. I spend quite some energy optimizing my equipped squat because that is what counts at the competitions.

Next week im am going to put the suit on and unless the world comes to an end i should get well about the 600 lb mark, stay tuned :icon_ninja:
