Rocky: Yeah...I know...my chest looks as good as it did when I was hitting PBs but has been suffering in strength recently, and my tris are stronger than ever but they look basically the same :dunnodude: The only part that is really reflecting how much weight it can lift is my back :hsughr:

Miami: Yeah...a little too heavy on the 120s, I'll have to try the 110s next time.

27th March - a shame your shoulders hindering your bench, hopefully you'll be able to sort that out with some rotator cuff work

2nd 27th March sesh - wow that's strong DB extensions :ughnoes: how much is that in KGs? I was using the 52.5kg DBs for 4 and I've done 50kg x 7 a few months back, I don't think I'll be trying any heavier anytime soon though! By the end of those close-grips your tris must have been well fried!

28th March - nice work on the BB rows! I know what you mean about DB shoulder presses, also very variable for me. good stuff with the PB on the pullups

Aftermath:
My squats are really sucking. I'm doing them more now that I've let my back recover a bit but I don't think they'll ever be anything to look at :tear:
