Thanks, Daniel, Samoan and Lion! Well I dont update my log anymore because I dont train anymore.. I lost my both legs in the car accident. And now I got two machine guns as my legs. So if I train I may shoot some people with my new legs, its not funny.

*miamiracing mode off* So we changed our training schedule:

Monday (Quads, chest, shoulders, triceps and abs)
-Full Squat 4x
-Bench Press 3x
-BB Shoulder Press 4x
-Dip 3x
-Ab Roller 3x max

Tuesday (Hamstrings, back, traps, biceps and calves)
-Stiff Legged Deadlift 4x
-Pullups 4x
-Barbell Shrug 2x
-EZ-Bar Curl 3x
-Standing Barbell Calf Raise 4x

Thursday (same as Monday)
-Leg Extension 4x
-Incline Bench Press 3x
-DB Raise/Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x
-Skull Crusher 3x
-Sit ups 3x

Friday (same as Tuesday)
-Lying Leg Curls 4x
-Seated Cable Rows 4x
-DB Shrug 2x
-DB Curl 3x
-Seated Calf Press 4x

I dont post sessions now because they were not so special.. I'll start posting sessions again tomorrow.

Autistic child is much more special than my last sessions, i sucked more than normal. Thanks for keep looking my log bro :)

We started to train with this new split and thats why the weights are smaller than normal. Its so much more exhausting than training with 4 days split.. Yesterdays session:

Monday (Quads, chest, shoulders and triceps)

Full Squat:
10x20kg WU
10x20kg WU
10x50kg WU
10x80kg
10x80kg
10x80kg
6x80kg

DB Bench Press:
10x23,5kg
8x28,5kg
8x33,5kg
8x33,5kg

Smith Machine Shoulder Press:
10x25kg
10x55kg
10x55kg
10x55kg

Dips:
3x8xBW

I read about 2 day split training and it said that u shouldnt do your sessions with full power.. U should left some power to the next day. And we noticed that u just cant do exercises with same weight than u used to do..

Today we'll do some hams, back, traps, biceps and calves!

So some of u know that I have a flu.. again! This morning I felt like a shit and now I have a flu, great! I have excam week atm.. I really dont know better time to got sick :no: Well I've been training normally just been too lazy to write it up. I'll try to keep my log updated.. I dont know when I start training again.. hopefully Im back in da business next week.

If u wanna know my training schedule check up that jerks (pGhis) log. And Im starting to loose some weight soon.. this bulking have been great but now I must burn that extra fat. My weight is about 90kg's atm so I raised my weigth about 20kg's in a year.
