Ok, here we go.. So I went to the gym yesterday. I started the train with warming up in threadmill.
Then I did leg extension and it went fine. But when I started to do incline bench press I felt little pain in my right shoulder.
I just thought that it wasnt enough warm yet so I did 2 warm up sets. Then I raised and I did few reps and it "broke" my shoulder.
I couldnt do more because of the pain I had. And now I cant even lift my right hand without pain..
I really hope that its not anything serious. But I still write my session up.

Leg Extensions
12x20kg
12x50kg
10xfull stack...didnt watch the weight

Incline DB press:
12x23.5kg WU
12x23,5kg WU
5x28,5kg [I couldnt do more like I said :tear:]

Overhead press:

W-UP
12x33.5kg
12x33.5kg

Machine Shoulder press:

10x18.75kg [I tried to raise but I couldnt get it up... damn shoulder]

I dont know when I go to gym again.. Hopefully next week my shoulder is OK.

Umm yea dude i'd get that check might be a partial diconnection or you tore your rotator cuff.

Okay here I am again. Thanks for stopping by my log guys. At Saturday my shoulder felt normal so I went to play some hockey. I could shot normally and shoulder was OK. So at Sunday I went to train hams, back, biceps and traps. I could train without pain and it was solid session ( well weights were kinda small but still ). So I thought that my shoulder was fine and it was just some little promblem. But today when I started to train my chest I felt pain again, damn. I did my workout with little weights but it still hurt. I'll check your logs when I have some more time. :)

Sundays session:

Lying Leg Curls:
12x40kg
12x60kg
10x60kg

Pullups:
3x5xBW :tear:

One Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl:
10x11kg
10x13,5kg
10x13,5kg
10x13,5kg

Dumbbell Shrug:

Good session man, Stay away from the Flat BB Press till your shoulder is 100%, best advice.

Switch the leg extensions with squats, so you do squats first... tsk tsk tsk :disgust:

i dont think anyone else has said this yet,
get your shoulder checked out otherwise it will cause limited gains in the gym bro :tear:

Guess who is back in business? So I started to train again yesterday. Last week I did some training but it was just pumping because I was in Turkey and in the gym was only few machines and just little DB's. I was ill almost 3 weeks before the holiday but now Im feeling pretty good. But I think that I need to go to the doctor because my left hand is painfull.. Im not sure what wrongs with it but it is been in pain almost 2 months now and I couldnt do CG bench press or Db Shoulder Press yesterday because of that :(.

But yesterdays training (Hams, Chest, Triceps, Shoulders and abs):

Leg Press:
10x150kg
10x200kg
10x250kg
8x300kg

Bench Press:
10x50kg
8x70kg
8x70kg
10x70kg

Tricep Extension - Rope Attachment:
3x10 dont remember the weights

Side Laterals:
3x10 (8kg,7kg, 8kg)

And some abs..
