alright and i really didn't mean it to come out as bragging i was just trying to state a fact and when i squatted that weight i wasn't that far off from parallel. What's your personal opinion on high intensity/ heavy duty training like what Dorian Yates and them did.

chest routine for today. guys i took what you said and used it so here it is.

flat dumbbell bench 4x12,10,8,6 (45,50,55,60)
incline bench 4x10,8,6,8 (100,115,135,115) *went slow with these*
incline dumbbell bench 3x12,8,8 (40,45,50)
flat bench flyes 3x10,9,8 (35,40,45)
decline bench 4x8,10,12,12 (135,115,100,100)
pec dec 3x10,12,15 ( 120,100,90)
cable crossovers 4x12,10,8,10 (per arm 30,40,50,40)

sorry that this is a little late just thought that i should include my arm routine last sunday.
alternating db curls 4x20,18,16,12 (25,30,35,40)
ez bar curls 4x10,8,7,4 (65,75,85,95)
barbell curls 3x8,7,4 (70,80,90)
reverse cable curls 4x10,8,6,6 (90,100,120,120)

single arm overhead extensions 4x12,8,8,6 (20,25,30,25)
close grip bench 5x8 (115,135,140,135,115)
skullcrushers 4x10,8,8,6 (65,85,85,105)
dips 4x failure

You still do too many fly movements for your chest work.

i know but they work for me on getting the inner portion of my chest. thanks guyz. and does anybody know of any hardcore gyms in the cary/ apex area of NC.

There's no such thing as inner chest. Its a myth. Waste your energy on more sets of pressing movements, you'll get much greater gains that way.

There is upper and lower chest but no inner and outer chest. I think the feeling of working inner chest is just due to putting extra stress on the insertion points.

Freako is right, 2/3 presses done at full intensity is more then enough
