Friday March 14

AM

Went out for a 8 mile walk early in the morning.

PM

2.5 mile walk
5 minute stretch
2 mile run
20 minutes on stairmaster at level 10
1 mile run
5 minute stretch
2.5 mile walk

Didn't feel like doing cardio, had 0 energy. Was a real grind getting through just that. I try and keep a steady pace of 4-5mph when walking btw. With all the extra walking and running I've been doing these past few weeks, my feet are covered in blisters which makes it uncomfortable to walk. I only use 1 pair of shoes for both walking and running, I guess its my own fault for not using 2 pairs.

I backed off the weights this week just to put more time into cardio work. I did go round the gym and work each bodypart using light weights just to get blood into the muscle. Nothing worth mentioning.

No wonder you have blisters after all this walking and running you do :D
So you didn't do any cardio today :disgust:....just 16 mils yesterday you should be ashamed!! :D lol I dont cover that in a week

Thanks. :xyxthumbs: I just bought a pair of running shoes for $120. I haven't ran on them yet but they feel awesome so far, like walking on air. :hsughr: I'm going for a run in about an hour, can't wait to test them out. :hyperguy:

Good to see some pics and they look damn good. As has been said the MM shot is great. Good to see you're retaining some quality size whilst on what I would describe as a punishing cardio schedule.

Of course anything more than a light walk down the stairs is punishing as far as I'm concerned.

These are my new running shoes.(reebok premier ultra KFS V) I got them £30 cheaper though.

I really didn't expect this much difference when using a good pair of running shoes. I felt like I could run all day in them. I just need to test them running outside.

Alot of people that sign up to the royal marines don't even bother to train for it. Thats why only 5-20 out of 50 only make it through the 32 weeks. Hopefully when I get there all this training will pay off.

Then at 12pm 1 hour of boot camp training. Anyone that wants to know what the boot camp training is, its basically 1 hour of non stop bw excercises.
