just ran the 3 miles, i felt great not tired at all but my chins hurt so fucking much. does anyone know how to take care of chin splints?

SHIN SPLITS SUCK!!! used to have them real bad from years of soccer(football)
Remedy : Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. I used to wrap my shins when it was bad and I had to run.

Oh Yeah, Big Congratz to you on the ARMY bro.

chin splints are a bitch bro and very hard to get rid of if you have to run a lot. Ice is the best for them though. some aspirin or another nsaid would help too.

Great session bro, someone asked me what I was on one time, and I answered their sister, he was obviously pissed but was like 5'2" 100 lbs. tops... not much he can to do retaliate. :bitelip:

He just walked away with a pissy face, never bothered me agian lol.

Thanks alot guys! training is going to change a few the next week or so, until i get settled in to my barracks. but monday, tuesday and wensday ill be training normal just real light.
