Point of situation:

- Today i hit the gym very early. But i felt good.

- I had to cheat on Dl. Used straps. My hands are so fucked up and can't recover from the others workouts. Maybe i could do the 10 reps but don't wanted to risk and when i don't risk i pissed myself.

- GHR lulz. Just the first one was without help and wasn't a good movement. This exercise is hard as hell and in that machine i think isn't good for knees.

has for the GHR just put the towel under your knees fold it if necessary, you get used to it. and yes it is hard, that's a good thing!

Good session man, dont sweat the straps if you use it once, next time just leave them at home, so you cant use them!

Today i liked the part when those two blonds came in the weight room. They could do an glute workout session but no :crymeariver:

Tomorrow is rest day but saturday i will bang it out in squats.

men those blonds distracted me while I was in the incline bench..(don't know if you noticed lolol)..what's up with blond girls in our gym? they are all hot.. there's one always in the threadmill I don't know if she has the same age than us .. she looks like it.. Damn... she's hot..
