Today was Chest day and for my assistance exercise (Kroc rows) i just wanted to push the things a little bit. So:

Proper Kroc rows are working up to a single set of heavy rows for 20-40reps. Try that out, its murder.

Well I started Deadlifts with first two sets feeling heavy. I was pointing for minimum of 10 reps and I got thirteen who is excellent :drool: I need to rest so i can blast Bench press (my handicap). See you on thursday :music:
