nice workout rageking, benching is lookin good, short rest really does make all the differnece between how many reps u get, pullups look real good as well, Impresive weights throughout the whole workout, lookin forward to ur next session

todays session i decieded to switch it up a bit, i always do squats first and today wanted to see what my deadlift was doing so i did that first, previous max i did couple months ago was 360

thanks guys and that was a pb, the first couple weeks of my log was all pb till i started dieting. i havent tried going that heavy on deads in a while, so i was pumped about that, i was expecting only like 2-3 reps on it :hsughr:

:49:yea i was, after that first breathing squat i just kinda fell down, and after the second giant set i just sat there in the middle of the floor with my water bottle for like 2 min :49:

Excellent volume and variety there, Rage. Chins, dips, and rows were all notable standouts.

What's up with the paltry DB curls though? I know you're stronger than that:2:

I hate when that happens. Happened to me today.

Those DB rows are huge, just make sure your back is level and you're pulling with your back correctly. I know I can do a lot more when I rotate my torso during the lift, something I catch myself doing from time to time and have to correct. But if you're doing them right, props to you :hsughr:

Massive DB rows - simply outstanding.
And the previous session was sweet too - starting with bid deads and hitting PB's 1st exercise out - set you up real nice.

whole workout was well done. presses, dips, pullups....all standouts.

props to your gym as well for having real weight instead of stopping at 100 or 120 :disgust:

thanks guys but sadly that was my last workout for a couple weeks.
friday was going to be, but i couldnt get to gym. in morning i slept in, too hungover to go workout :linedrunk: then i had to take car in shop, and they took twice as long as they said they were, and i had no ride to gym, so i barely made it to work ontime after i got my car. im not going to make it in today because of work, and then leave like 3am for vacation :coolguy:
i will be back in gym aug 6th fresh and ready to kill the weights :weightlifter:
