Agree with Tweak 2 x 2.5 mile runs and training legs is hard going so by all accounts that was a damn fine session.

thanks for coming by guys :gaygay:

today i did my running and the usual ab work but light, forget everything because it was real busy when i went and had to jump around.
actually run home was a little longer because i had to take detour to buy some cigars :coolguy:

but im not sure i should try and sweat so much when i run, does that burn more calories or am i just killing my self and my lifts? i put sweats and long sleeve and run in 95F weather, so by the time i get to gym im ssoaked in sweat already, but is this good to lose BF or am i just being retarted and should just stick with regular cardio?

Great workout, all of upper body, all looking good. All lifts looked good 2 me considering u hit all ur upper body muscles. Rows, and chins look real good, chest looks 2 be strong, supersets on close grip and incline curls, is tough but very effective, and shoulders werent to shabby either. Keep bustin the ass and the size and strength will continue to come

yea i like golf, just dont always have the time to play it, and especially the time to get good:disgust:

new car is nothing special, 99 buick lesabre. kinda disappointed my parents got me this one but its a car so i cant really complain.
i had a 98 lesabre before and since no one was hurt going 70 into a concrete barrier they wanted to get me same car :dunnodude:

some solid sessions in here and i love the attention to cardio. depending on how good you are golf can be a lot of walking as well. Hopefully your not getting drunk as you play as i tend to do :food-snacking:

Good news on the new car and 2 good sessions too. If your back is giving you probs then your big lifts are bound to be off a little, hopefully resting it up on the big ones will make you that stronger when you come back.

There were a lot of standouts in that workout. Pullups, incline DBs, BB curls, dips, and shrugs were all great! :2:
