front squats are killers, make sure when your doing your legs you watch out for your knees and lower back. Keep up the good work

so do you know the exact weight that you can do for 12 reps or do u just stop at 12 even if you could do more?

depends.. the first set i could do more but not after 2 and 3 or prob. 4 (harms)

and i really try to go heavyer every workout :)

i actually do all the time Bike.. i really don't like to run on a treadmill but i guess i have no other choice in future..

right know im planing to change my plan to 3x weight training and 2x cardio.. but twice a day for 45mins..

damn man it would take alot for someone who works as a mover to still go hit the gym man i have lots of respect for that and ur workouts are good and heavy too so keep em comin.
