I was bored and i thought, a c'mon its sunday.. nothing is goin on.. lets do some cardio before the week off...
so i hit the gym and made some cardio.. 1hour bike a mix between sprint and regular

sunday april 29th

60 mins cardio

Nice job that cardio will certainly burn off some fat and make your physique even better. Nice job on the sldl a few day back, and the lat pulldwons heavy weight with 12 reps, your impressing me dude

i heard that its really bad to train when your sick.. it actually does more damage then good.
