btw, i figured out if i do stiff leg deads, i don't hurt my balls :hhj: :hsughr: :disgust: so thats the way to go now.. i think i have enough lat stuff inside so lets see how it works for a month or more...

so im looking forward for tomorrow coz i need to make my Monday training tomorrow.. i have to work on monday until 8pm and dont wanna hit the gym at 9 or later :disgust: but i think i can handle another cardio session monday late night :ughnoes:

Hammer Curls 25 / 30
standing calv-lifting 135 / 195 / 275 P.B. :hsughr:
calv-lifting sitting 45 / 90 / 135
hammer strengh crunch machine: 3*25 with 160lbs slow reps who pumped up
like always, everything done with 12 reps :gaygay:

so i gave these mofo (biceps) 108 reasons to grow for my tattoo next weekend :49: :e5dunno:

keep it up dudes, nothing is better than a nice beach body :xyxthumbs:

Your going through a good time right now, your hitting at least one pb every workout usually 2 or 3, keep gettin stronger and bigger, youll be their soon enough

thx i really see my upper body growing :) but i try to loose weight and gain muscle.. its a long and hard way but its my decision.. so thats why i do 3 cardio's a week and 3 weight days..

my bad part is the stomach and the hips.. and the inner side of my upper legs.. but i can see how that goes away.. but the hips.. man thats gonna be a looong way...

Nice job on the PB on bench. Good for you for trying to gain lean muscle mass, and with the training and cardio on top you're definately going about it the right way!

yea buddy.. everytime 12 reps.. even if i get more weight on it :)
about that SZ Ron Curls.. there are fucking hard man.. believe me.. 21reps for 4 times... man that really pumps your arms up dude

just 2 more hours and i can start my huge leg day :)

and my damn shoulder still hurts so much from last week so i tooked it easy with it (light weight) !

Wednesday, April 25th
time: about 62mins.

really deep squats 90 / 180 / 180
leg-press in a 45grad angle 324 / 630 / 720
squeeze LEG EXTENSION 90 / 105 / 105 (with 3sec. squeeze)
one leg leg-curl 80 / 90 / 100 / 140* (whole stack) P.B. :hsughr:
military press 50 / 50 / 100 P.B. :hsughr:
side raise 10 / 10 / 12.5
dumbell rudders 50 / 60 / 75
of course everything done with 12 reps

* only 9 reps for both sides but still ass heavy :)

i dont know.. ive just never been a fan of higher reps.. im a big believer in bigger weight less reps..

it works nice for me ;) i figured out that i can gain muscle and loss fat with it ;)
i lost 8cm on my waist this month.. and gained pretty good ;)

2-3 times cardio, and 3 times weights.. works petty good for me :)
