french curls (nosebreaker) 20 / 20 / 20
dumbbell kickbacks 25 / 30 P.B. :hsughr:
dumbbell shrugs 60 / 90 / 125 P.B. :hsughr: (each dumbbell)
Crunches: 3x25 with 25sec. break between...
and yes like always 12 heavy reps

nice workout their, judging from your shrugs and trap strength i would hit deads heavier. If done properly, traps should be used to pull the weight up on deads. The deads your doing now, how do they feel? do u think u can perform heavier with 12 reps, since thats how you like to train. Also a good thing i learned is do shrugs right after you do deadlifts. This will give your traps an even better burn, cuz remember your traps are not part of the shoulder their part of ur back

dumbell pullovers 30 / 45 / 50 / 60 P.B. :hsughr:
SZ Biceps Curls (7+7+7 like coleman does) 20 / 40 / 40 / 40
Hammer Curls 20 / 20 / 25
standing calv-lifting 115 / 195 / 215
calv-lifting sitting 90 / 90 / 135
crunches: 3*25
like always, everything done with 12 reps except those SZ Biceps Curls.. 7 from bottom to half, than no break 7 from top to half, than again no brake 7 full ones!

Great job, pound that chest hard, your numbers are going up on the bench as well. Good call on the bis too, 21's burn the hell out of your bi's, no need to do much more sets after that, You seem to be a smart lifter. If the deads hurt your balls after 180 then, yah dont go heavier, build up your leg strength, doing heavy squats, then go heavier with deads, so you use all hip and leg strength rather than lower back.

leg-press in a 45grad angle 324 / 630 / 630
squeeze LEG EXTENSION 90 / 90 / 105 (with 3sec. squeeze)
one leg leg-curl 80 / 90 / 100 / 120 P.B. :hsughr:
military press 50 / 50 / 70
side raise 25 / 25 / 30
dumbell rudders 40 / 60 / 75
of course everything done with 12 reps

could go up to 730 and more on the leg-press 45 but decided against it.. saw some stars after the second 630 with 12reps.. so i said no way don't bring yourself in danger :eek5nono:

Leg presses are one hell of a leg Workout
its always easy to add more weight to those
than any other workout i think
in about 4-5weeks i went from
620lb leg press with 12 reps to 800lbs or so with same mount of reps
but noticed they make my legs to bulky, and shit, running for cardio
inner thigh creates a damn rash, so im trying to make my legs smaller
but still defined, i cant stand huge legs anymore.
but man keep that up MIamir, you'll be able to leg press a car soon !

i can press 1200lbs for max 1 rep (the 45g angle leg press)
actualy i make 730lbs (12reps) for my 4th set and went than to the leg ext.
but i didnt felt that goot today ( so i saw stars for a short time lol) and decided against it.. (look at my other leg days :) )

and i wanna have some bulky legs.. big bigger and HUGE :D i like it.. i have 80cm now and want way more :)

Good luck on your training. For only training 2 months, those are some good lifts. Stay dedicated, and you can accomplish more than you think.

Good workout man, keep going deep with those squats, theirs nothing more annoying than the jack ass who loads the bar up real heavy then does a quarter rep. Heavy leg presses as well, very impressive shit. You push so hard thats why u see those stars same shit happens to me on heavy sets
