Legs: Squats
Chest: Incline DB press
Back: Pull ups
Delts: Side laterals
Biceps: DB Concentration Curls
Triceps: rope pushdowns
Calves: Jump Rope :wutyousay: (only when i'm training for kick-boxing... i hate them, but are necessary)
Abs: Crunches

Cardio?: 2-3 times per week i do kick-boxing(started almost 2 years ago) , a lot of calories are burned :linedrunk:
