watching the girls while crosstraining can't be overlooked either, though it's more like an extra motivator for adding some kgs :D

For me it's a combination of both achieving best possible strength and size naturally. My father is Danish former shot put champion, so I'm trying to reach his strength limits when on top as my finale goals, and hopefully someday beyond them :).

Nice! Are you going for athletic competition too?

Youtube "The Bear Complex" and see what you think.

Mediocre is not the right word to use. I want to concentrate on having a high performance overall fitness because I am an all around athlete and play all sports all year round. You may choose to powerlift or do bodybuilding so you look good and can throw around heavy weight. To each their own, no need to bash someone's choice.

*coughcoughcultcoughcough*

Crossfit is a baffling concept, its basically every exercise in the world packaged together then re-sold as something new. Technically I crossfit; I powerlift with a little bit of bodybuilding, I also train mma and run stairs.

It was a joke made at the expensive of crossfit. Hence the smiley. :tiphat:

Crossfit is renowned for making people average/mediocre at lots of things while not being good at any of them. I've seen some impressive crossfit training, but not the sort of lifts that a more specialised approach would bring.

Oh and I've seen a lot of crossfit stuff that is just plain terrible form. Don't use their vids as training tools at all. :bitenails:
