i allways enjoy doing deadlifts.

and seated SM shoulder press i a exercise i really like at the moment.

to be honest i need to start deads again, if, when i keep it consistent, i think deads would be my #1 fave again. i need to get to the gym when its not so heavily packed in squat/power rack area(s)..

I'm going to say Farmers Walks, especially with a thick bar.

But I also love any of the heavy fullbody lifts like deadlifts, C&J and snatches.

just grab a empty bar and go in a corner where its not crowded.. and thought you mostly workout at 3-4am who the hell would workout heavy at that time lol

Gym isn't 24 hours anymore..
open at 5am close at 12
they cut hours back to save money
now i have to go early on days off, or before work, and either of those times
its busy... and i flipped out at the gym today
went to do my squats (last workout) and bb and all was on floor with 2'45s a side, i snapped man. grabbed bb rattled it around people starring at me...almost hit some girl in the head with the bb.. but that shit pisses me off.
