New picture of me taken today. Im still 16 years old,weight is around 90kg/198lbs.
Yea,my chest is lacking size right now,because i got injured in a rugby game and havent done anu chest exercises in 2,5months..Right now im starting to do some dumbell presses and dumbell flyes,,cant do any barbell presseslookin' good at ure age. do some incline bench
wow ure lower lats are THICK, beef up ure outer and upper lats w/ pullups and pull downs
Sorry, but please explain how you can target one part of a muscle. In this explanation I'd like you to talk about innervation, insertion and origin points and of course biomechanical advantages.

No seriously. You gave the advice, now explain how the hell it works Because I really would like to know how you can target one part of a muscle so that I can become rich. No-one else has managed it yet.
