well my new training program is this...

Monday : Chest/biceps
Tuesday : shoulders/Legs
wednesday : Rest
Thursday : triceps/biceps
Friday : Back+Push Ups

i do some push ups because i try to get 42 push ups in 2 minutes...

biceps 2 times in a week because i dont think that 1 time is enough for me...

i train my abs every workout.

Lot of benching there. Nice weight too. That's the way to bring that chest up!
