Ronnie's right arm own Heath's right arm. That's what I'm talking about. Oh, and just wait 2-3 months, Ronnie's just started trained again 5-6 weeks ago.

Even if you're right it's still not called the Mr 'who has the best right arm' Olympia.
I hope Ronnie reconsiders his decision to compete.

I just googled some ronnie stuff and its just crazy how he is on a league of his own... Kai's thick mass and Phil's crisp conditioning still dont compare... Ronnie is the fucken king. Even though i think Cedric McMillan has the structure and genetics to surpass Ronnie, i dont think he will match ronnie's conditioning, ronnies conditioning was like dexters back in the day but with deeper insertions...
