Hey Tunen, what do you recommend for a good shoulder rehab protocol? My left shoulder always plays up after heavy MPs and inclines and does get a bit uncomfortable after heavy benching.

Awww... I used to like doing MP's :(, but I haven't done them for a while due to my shoulder anyway. DB presses are fine thankfully.

Could you explain a YTW to me? I googled but couldn't find it... :xmaswtfgay:

Awesome lifts as usual mate, I'm eager to start Westside in the new year so you'll probably have a million more stupid questions to answer.
