im really sorry to hear about ur knee philo. sucks so bad when u want to lift, and something like that prevents u from it. i hope the doctor finds out whats wrong and is able to do something about it. anyways, i would stay away from anything that aggrevates the knee if i were u, could make things worse to put pressure on it.

Really sucks indeed but nothing I can do about it than just sit it out. But its taking too long now there must be something wrong otherwise it would slowy gets better. they already made X-rays and saw that the patella was broken but theres still a bump on it and the pain stays

Decided to stop using wendler for this year. My knee is bothering me too much! I'm going to give it some extra rest untill next year. Hopefully I will be better by than.

I'm gonna take this time to devote myself in getting some new bench pr's. I'm looking for some bench specialization routines. If anyone knows a good let me know. It really sucks but its better for my health I want to squat for at least 30 more years so better safe than sorry.

oh shit i misread, yea its better to take a break than seriously injuring something and being crippled for the rest of your life.

as far as strength goes, a lot of people had good success with a 5/3/1 routine, or a the russian power program. ben (freako) just posted recently a good cycle in the trainings section. i forgot the name but it looked very interesting.

Solid session man, vraagje, you can still deadlift right? if not, u should consider rack pulls, help buff up that upperback, which would help with stabalizing in the bench and you would generate more power!

Yep but I wont do any LB movements before I get back from the physio. I need to get sure I dont mess things up. This injury is taking way too long to heal.
