Those supersets look hard for sure.
The back session without the deads was still pretty good considering you were pressed for time - a lot of work still done!

Dumbell press ss with rope push downs

-18 kgx10.....50 kgx10....Damn supersets zap ur strength....great pump tough!

Side laterals ss with ez bar extensions seated
-8 kgx15....25 kgx10
-9 kgx12....25 kgx10
-10kgx10....25 kgx10
-12 kgx6 drop set 6 kg x6......26 kgx10

reverse peck deck ss v bar push downs
-115 poundsx15.....60 kgx12
-115 poundsx12.....60 kgx12
-115 poundsx12.....60 kgx10
-115 poundsx10.....60 kgx9.....With little rest betweens sets ur muscle do tire much quicker....awesome pump tough!could barely raise and strech my arms!

Triset x2
Behind the body cable side laterals 20 kgx8/two handed front cable raises 60kg/machine dips 165 pounds x12

That was it in under 55 minutes including warmup
Felt the best pump in my shoulders in a while!good workout all around!
Tommorow its rest since i have been going at it since sunday!
Saturday is back and traps superset!

Today 13th of October i did the new training style but for back and bi's
But instead of suppersetting back and bi i ss back with back and bi with bi
So twice the excercises in the time of one....So i did finish in 65 minutes

Here go's...........

Cable rows ss with front pulldowns......
130 poundsx15.........100 poundsx12
160 poundsx12.........130 poundsx10
175 poundsx10.........130 poundsx10
175 poundsx10.........130 pounds x7........damn forearms gave out!

Barbell rows ss with barbell shrugs...(4 sets)
50 kgx10......80 kgx15

Machine rows ss with reverse grip pulldowns(3 sets)
165 poundsx10.......130 poundsx10

Back was dead after this!especially the bb row and shrug ss

Biceps
EZ bar curls ss with two handed hammer curls(assuming bar weighs 10 k)
25 kgx10.........14 kg x10(4 sets)

Icline dumbell curl both hands(3 sets)
10 kilosx10-8

Isolation curls(3 sets)
10 kilosx10

2 sets of plate shrugs(holding 25 kilo plates just to finish them of)

And that was it.........was breathing really heavy between exercises.....got the blood and hart going like fuck!
Tommorow its chest and triceps day!!
Will be ss again!!

Icline dumbell press
4 sets of 22 kgx12

Peck deck flye's
4 sets of 195 pounds x12

Icline bench

60x8

Flat dumbell press
4 sets 20 kilosx12

Triceps
3 sets revers grip pull downs(60 kg)

3 sets over head extensions(30 kilo's assuming ez bar weighs 10)

3 sets of machine dips(205 pounds)

3 sets of v pushdowns(60 kg)

That was abou it and felt a pretty good pump

Tommorow it will be leg day and after that it will be time to add some cardio to my training and start losing some body fat baby!

I just realized that this is response to your first post.. sorry it brought me straight there and I didnt see the others so this is for your back and tri workout.

Looks good, you may want to invest $15 or so in some straps of your grip is giving out. You dont want your back to suffer because your hands cannot keep up with your back. Also if skull-crushers are giving you shoulder problems try them on a slightly inclined bench, or some also like on a decline bench as well. I prefer the slight incline bench myself. I find it takes a lot of pressure off my shoulders, or I do it in a high incline where I am almost sitting up straight and still use the cambered bar.. I have been doing this the most and it is my favorite. Also you should start with skull-crushers first after a warm-up exercise like the rope pull downs you did. Its the mass builder in your routine and those should always come first.

School is important aswell. I've gone back to school after a lay off were I worked as a car salesman. Ive worked 60 to 70 hours a week with almost no time to train. I know how it feels. Its frustrating!
what kind of study do you do..?
