awesome man! keep up the heavy work. some of your workouts/split have similar characteristics as mine lol. an interesting observation i made.
i cant wait to see what the lifts will be like 6-8 months down the track. your already doing pretty damn well as it is for being in the game for not very long.

Persevere with those wide-grip chins, you'll get there. One of my old training partners could barely do 1 when I started training with him but he can now pull out 6-8 easy. Watching Will Smith in "I Am Legend" did inspire him a bit.

Not a bad workout, i had trouble with the squats, but pumped them out with good form.
