Keep at them pullups, 5 x 5 is pretty good.

Deadlifts took it out of me... nearly puked afterwards, but im very happy with how i went, and im glad i brought the straps along. Might do supported rows or cable rows next time so i dont have to worry about my lower back.

Time: took about 50 mins

You've got some great strength there in your back, maybe do a bit less volume on those deads and just aim for more weight.

Thanks mate! im gonna keep up with the volume for a few more weeks, then see how low volume goes. Im keen to see if theres a difference
