Awesome work with those front squats DA, beastly even.

CG Presses and JM Presses are a fairly different animal. JMs are kind of a cross between an extension and a press, whereas CGs are strictly a press.

Yeah I know they´re very different, the reason I wrote it like that was because I intend to do them as CG bench, but when you posted that second video before I found that I do them more like a JM press..So Im actually going to start writing it as a JM press instead for CG bench from now and on :)

Im really happy with this session, everything felt good so I went for it a bit.
I probably could've done 160kg in the fronts again, but didn't, cause I wanted to save some juice for the legpress.
The goal there was to get 1000lbs, since a guy calling me a pussy just did 990lbs
and looked like he was giving birth to a sealion or something..I just had to shut him up you know...
