Awesome session DA, but for the leg press thing your lower back only gets involved if you got deep enough me personally I aim to hit the quads so I aim at going lower enough to right about the point where my ass lifts up event the tiniest bit this push back up.

This is to avoid using my back at all and keeping tension on the quads.

Its strange really...It hurt sometimes if if walk bent over a little...but I dont feel a thing while doing squats/deads...I guess its just that arch in the back that does it

great workout man! these slow reps are the burner.. i love to do them too.. they pump your shit up like nothing else.. take some rpm and you see your biceps shooting trough the skin :)
