Still feeling how the legs respond..but I added 20kg on the squat today making it 140kg,
and it was heavy..sadly enought I might add.
I have lost ENORMOUSLY much strenght in my legs..
I also did some cg bench and tricep work because I didn't get much good work done earlier this week..because of the old cow...
which I actually saw today to :D

While stretching I always drink a protein shake and take BCAA and blabla..
And the face she gave me when she saw me swallowing capsule after capsule :rofl3:

Don't worry about the strength loss in your legs because it will come back quicker than you know it. Legs and back seem to have the best muscle memory out of all the muscle from my experiences. Keep Squatting!!!!!

Yeah, I guess so....starting to stack injuries :omgwtf:
Hopefully it wont effect me anything this time...but my +200kg squats are probably long gone :(

Yes they do. I just fear that I will lose max strenght like I have before.
I fucked my right knee up...tore it up really bad..didn't train for 14 months
That was the end for free weight squats and + 440lbs squats...even though I tried squating with free weights again...last time I did so my knee gave out and I ended up getting a minor quad tear on my left leg. Adding two hamstring pulls to the left leg doesn't make it any better.

So I can only dream about higher weights I guess...and as Lionheart said..I should be happy I can squat at all..

Sweet session today..as I got help from a old powerlifter (according to himself) He gave me some pointers on my squating,
how to set my feets ect..it made a huge difference,
since I apparently did it harder for myself before. The only problem I hade today was that my back wasn't as good as I thought...
so I couldn't do any normal legpress without feeling pain in my lower back



My arms and shoulders felt fresh so I went for it..and I banged out some heavy weights :borat:
