Gym member I saw everything, and what he says is true...get that old bitch out of here she fucks my session up! (Yes thats exactly what he said..)


After this scene..people just stood with there jaws at the floor...me being a roid freak didn't make it awkward at all :bitenails:
The instructor pulled the lady away and talked to her...she left..and he came back and said

Instructor I dont know what to say...Sorry for her beheavior...

Me What got into her?

Instructor I dont know...and I honestly dont want to know.

Some time passed and I got going again...but the session was ruined...

Overall a good session DA, imo you should keep the cardio, and 20 kg db's incline flyes as WU, and then 20,16 the working set? c'mon you could do better :D
