Have a back and tri session to log from the other day.

T bar rows: # of plates 2x15, 4x15, 6x12, 6x12, 7x8
Pull ups: bwx12, bwx14, bwx12
One arm rows: 120x12, 120x14, 125x10
Lat pull down: 205x12, 220x10, 220x10
Close grip bench: 225x10, 225x10, 205x12, 205x10
Skull crushers: 100x12 100x10, 90x12

That was it for back and tri's! Got heavy legs today so i am trying to prepare myself!

No games no gimicks dawgs, heavy leg day

Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x9, 335x7, 365x5, 365x5
Ham glute raises: bwx10, bwx12, bwx10, bwx8
Leg press: 16x12, 18x10, 18x9, 16x10
Standing calf raises: 165x20, 165x18, 150x15, 150x15, 150x15

Got in and got er done, starting a new routine for upper body tonight. I will explain more when I log it!

So I am switching back over to upper lower for a while and I am going to hit it hard. Just finished up an upper body session and I forgot how draining they are!

Incline db press[/B]: 55x15, 55x15, 90x14, 95x12, 105x10, 105x10, 90x12 (no spotter today :shakefist:)
One arm db row: 110x14, 120x12, 125x12, 125x10
Wide grip up-right rows: 115x12, 135x10, 135x10 (very strict)
Lat pull down: 205x12, 225x10, 205x12
Overhead tricep extension: 100x14, 110x12, 110x12, 110x10
Db curls: 55x12, 60x10, 60x10, 55x10

Like I said, the session really beat me up but I had some good fuel! Had a whole tub of spaghetti 2 hours before the session so that really amped me up! Whole session took about an hour. Tried to keep rest to a minute in between sets. Tomorrow off and then legs again on Thursday!

^^ I think they are natural GHR...But I do have a plyo box that I catch myself with when I get to parallel so I should mention that!

I am close to 220 lbs. I just got finished with an antibiotic for a sinus infection and it screwed up my appetite big time so I am still trying to get it back...

If you check in my training tip thread, I just talked with some physiologists and looked into as much research as I could and it just seems to make the most sense to me!

Thanks for asking D! I actually went off the epistane after only a week. I was on an antibiotic that absolutely shot my appetite and I was having some anxiety issues so I bailed on the epi for now but I will hit it again when I get some stuff figured out!

So today was light legs.

Unilateral leg press: # plates* 4x20, 6x15, 8x12
Stiff leg deads w/ db's: 90'sx12, 90'sx13, 95'sx12
Lunges: 90x15, 90x15
Leg extensions: 150x15, 150x15 (very slow and controlled)
Donkey calf raises: 200x20, 200x18, 185x15, 170x15, 155x14, 155x12

Felt pretty good. I put my feet real high on the leg press so that my toes are hanging off the edge. I really try to hit the hammies and glutes hard on this day!
