weighed 174 tonight...Working out with one of the guys i did that contest with again so should be getting leaned out for summer in no time. Helps when you have a training partner thats wanting the same goals. I hope to get down to 6-7% BF by July. Right now im sitting at around 9-10% @174-177lbs

First time in the log and you are looking good. Chest looks nice and full. One question though...do you work on lats? Judging by the pics it looks like your lats are lagging way behind.

ya im really happy with the progress in my chest the past few months...my lats look terrible in that pic, there not that bad but for sure are one of my weaker bodyparts. I need to improve width, thickness in my back is not a problem oh and my calves suck :)

off night for weights...doing 2 sessions of Incline treadmill work. 45-60 minutes a piece. Did 45 minutes already this morning. Back/abs tomorrow

Decided I better start logging my Diet again too so here it is for yesterday

7:30am 1 cup Eggwhites, 1 cup Shredded Potatoes, 1 slice Fat Free cheese, All mixed together. Cup black coffee, Muli-Vit, 2 Diss Liver, 1 Cap XF
10:00am 50g Whey shake
12:30pm Chicken Salad, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
3:30pm 50g Whey Shake
6:00pm (pre workout) 1/3 Cup oats, 3 Slices Turkey Bacon, 2 caps XF
8:00pm (post workout) 40g Isolate, 40g Dextrose shake, 10g BCAA, 10g Glutamine
9:00pm 8oz Lean Beef steak, 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, Small Salad, 1 cap XF

Oh and I started taking EC stack this week

24mg Eph + 200mg Caff

2 times a day. Once in the morning 10-15 minutes before cardio and once in the evening 15 minutes before weight training.

Cycling it as follows: 3 days on 2 days off

Great log bro, I have not checked in this one before. I used two bottles of X Factor not long ago, I enjoyed it alot except for I got a lot of pain out of as it is inflamatory, as I am sure you would have noticed after training.

Ya dude bigtime DOMS. Sick actually ha ha but ya seems to help with strength and I've put on around 2-4lbs so far just finished the first bottle starting 2nd. No fat gain what so ever. I'm still up in the air on it though...dunno if i would buy it again for the price. We'll see when i finish the cycle :)

Yeah the gains as well as getting leaner is good, but the pain that flaired up in old injuries sort of counter acted that. Apparently Gaspari Nutrition have got permission to put some of x factors ingredients in it, si that will be interesting.
But as for cycling x factor again, hmmmm there are things out there for a similar price with better results and no flair ups........but they ain't legal. I guess that's a plus to x-factor.:e5dunno:

havent checked ur log before man, all ur numbers look awesome and ur pics clearly show that u know what ur doing, so what u think of max ot so far?

At first i was sceptical with the volume decrease (i was use to 20 set workouts) but its very intense. So far so good...im gonna continue it for the 12 week duration then see from there. thx for checking the log :)
