Chest looks great brother. I have always had a difficult time developing my lower chest.
Thank you. Your being kind. I feel that chest is my worse body part. But you guys have definitely made me feel a little better about it.

Good morning my mecca brothers. Shoulders and biceps were on the menu today. I have a question what do you do when the pump is so intense that you can't even hardly curl the 15 lb dbs. I know i looked silly but I was just dicking around at the end. It was a struggle.

I barely do any flat barbell bench too ,either dbs or incline bench.

No training today waiting my turn for a deep tissue masssge. First time they say I won't be able to train tomorrow either is this really true?

IMO it depends on the therapist but yes you should take the next day off.
