good session bro. big presses and curls. i like how you keep the reps low, is strenght your main focus?

awesome effort on the presses tonks:2: big curls as well:) id add in some incline presses though, and ditch the flyes.

IronHeart - yeah dude I'm sick of doing the same weight and man this sort of low rep training has increased my strength alot in the last 3 weeks!

I've closed my log now and wont be in the gym for probably around 6 months or so, some where around then i will be able to come back and hit the gym. Got Army phase 1 training and need to focus on my career now, take it easy boys, peace.
