180x5 did a giant strip set on this one, there were 4 plates a side, Paul stripped it until I did 6 reps with each plates, talk about a giant strip set. I got 6 reps were set except the last one I got 10...damn that felt good

damn it man .. u crushed ur back with heavy rows then u went to tear up ut lats with some serious pulldowns weights .. that insane .. that what i like to see .. heavy back day :) .. i gotta deadlift the 500 pounds again for u brother

yep this was an awesome session. Lol I never dominate you but I felt like I had a slight better sesson than you, maybe. Those hang pulls looked crazy, you are all about that power. Hopefully you come out of the "plateau" you say youre in, see ya tomorrow for power day! muahaha.
