Went way to heavy on deads considering its a RE day lol, but it just feelt like it...

No belt, as always...
shitty bar (not the one i regularly use), and a shitty floor as well.


Deadlift:

150kg * 3 (was going for 5, but my technique was going bad, so i stopped)

Olympic squats:

Because the bar / floor (it has rubber padding) was taken.
When the bar hit the floor its so hard that the bar kinda bounces back in youre hands, and it hurts lol...

ME Upper:

Was going for a big PR today, but i didnt have the right mindset, weren't rested enough, not good enough warm up ++
So it went to hell....
I was going for 145-150kg, but i didnt get that far lol... 140kg should go on a good day, I have a 140kg Closegrip bench, and a 145kg decline so..
And, after quiting medium heavy /DE bench, and replacing it with RE, my bench form has gotten worse, and i have less speed. So going to switch back.


Benchpress:
60kg * X
80kg * X
100kg * X
120kg * 2
130kg * 1
140kg * Epic Fail............................
100kg * 3
100kg * 3

Reverse grip benchpress:
60kg * 5
80kg * 5
90kg * 5
100kg * 5

Pushdown w/rope:

Barbell rows (first time in a year or so lol):

3 sets of lateral raises, and 3 sets of EZ- bar curls.
