After I dumped a whole lot of weight, I just decided to workout my chest muscles. Muscle building tips helped me a lot! And there's more! They are giving me tips on working out different parts of the body, in the correct order! Totally awesome!

Hmmm a link to a site that helped you build your chest. Do we only have to pay $19.95 for a course or something?

Legs. I destroyed them. Squats, press, leg curl. I have been bulking for three moths, but those legs are not growing fast enough.

Did a squat/DL training just now. My hams and quads are totally torched. Had problems walking downstairs and losing balance going out of the gym :D

Did upper body today. 1 exercise each body group, like incline bench for chest, pull ups for back, lat raises and 2 exercises for bi's and tri's.

I did some treadmill jogging, some squats and and curls. I am just starting to work my way back into it again so I haven't developed a good routine yet.

How do you guys balance your regular obligations like wife jobs etc with training? I used to train alot more but I dont think it will be possible to continue it for a long time. Getting a job soon and probably a family in a few years too

I salute you for your dedication!

I know this sounds like an excuse but I often work 12 to 14 hour days. I am starting to find time again though to fit in a work out but not nearly as long as I used to. I am starting though to do some calisthenics in the morning and some weight training later in the day. I am no where near most of you guys though. You guys blow my mind.
