didn't get to work out on friday
yesterday i ran 8 miles, pissed about shit with a girl and needed to get rid of some anger and i dont have access to weights

How long it take you to run those 8 miles? :ugh: Thats an insane amount to run at once. Not even Glex does that much in one session. :ugh:

it took about an hour and a half counting time i stopped
i ran every mile at a 7-8 minute per mile pace and stopped every few miles

also chest workout and the trap workout
amazing, mount of reps..
weight as well, at 50+reps for db shrugs, how did your grip not give?, very impressive man!

Hypo: thanks and idk why but when I use the lighter weight my grip never gives out it's only when I get to higher weight that it does. I wish I wouldnt have to use such high reps for my working sets but we only have db's up to 90, I might try doing shrugs w/ a trap bar instead though.

Bambam: yeah I'm going to have to try and get them to order some hopefully I can convince the athletic director to get db's up to 150 even if it's just 10 pound increments
and it's sometime in early September I think but we are going to be having passing league tournaments over the summer which is just 7 on 7 only passing
anaboliod:dorian lat pulls (I sometime call them rows) are where you grip the bar with a shoulder-width grip and use an underhand grip, it allows you to use more weight because there is bicep involvement in the movement
and yeah I love throwing a set or two of the negatives at the end of my upper body workout to really fry the chest, and it just sucks when you don't have the best training partners because then u have to do more pushing with it
