Quality Volume is really awesome.

Let me look at the video...

1.) Do not let your ass come up before the bar movies. This happened with 130 kgs which is understandable but be careful of this.

2.) For the Bulgarian Split Squats put your elevated foot on a bench. Don't put it on a stepper.

Lastly, good job. You did a total of 15 reps today on Deadlifts. Next week, try to do 11-13 but with heavier weight - as in more towards 130 kgs.

I do my bulgarian SS just like Sentinel told you, and I touch my knee on the floor.
I used to do weighted AB wheel a while ago, maybe I'll start doing it again. Never was able to do it standing :(

Hey guys.

Long time, no see... i know.
ANYWAY i'll be back!

So i've been off with some IRL stuff and that's why i haven't logged, but i trained reguarly and got smarter while being away ;)

My ego has been put aside, so technique is still main focus. It doesn't matter if i lift 100kg or 80kg, it's my future position that counts right now.

I'll be going at vacation soon, when i get home, i'll be back! So stay turned!

I've been doing alot of bqq, with by buddies lately, so i gained some weight. Tonight will be another succes, with lots of meat.

I'm enjoying my life guys!

Deadlift
1x5 @ 70kg
1x5 @ 80kg
1x5 @ 90kg
1x5 @ 100kg
1x5 @ 110kg

What a great round of deadlift. I figured out, that volume is key for me, in this lift!

75 reps total

Great, i improved my pullups lately.

CG seated rows
5x10 @ "14"

Facepulls
5x12 @ "8"

Ez-bar curls
5x9 @ 32,5kg + barbell

Note:

I felt strong and the session felt good.
