Thanks guys! The volume is amazing right now. I cant even belive it my self, it's like my workload is really really really insane. My constant steady state cardio year around and lots of focus at warm up sets, is really starting to pay off. Try it out guys. I'm so pleased. Later on i'll focus more at intensity but for now, i'll do lots and lots and lots of lift, just to get the movement in my body.

Note:

Last workout before vacation. My bag is loaded up with 500g whey, 12 protein bars, 12 can of tuna, 12 can of makrelel and 3kg oats.
