    How much do you max out at? Oh and can you still do a 1-arm-chin?

    1-arm-chin these days, absolutely not. I'm 50lbs heavier than I was at that point. I haven't done weighted chins in ages either, I need to invest in a belt, I assume I could only muster 6-8 with a 45 pound plate around me. Still not bad considering I'm around 215lbs these days.

    Me +100x1 FAIL, got 3/4 of the way up, no go. I wanted to see where I was at with the weighted chins as Tim just asked and I finally had a belt.

    Cable Shoulder Press - I couldn't believe how shaky I was, dumb cables.

    Also, for shits and giggles. this gym has one really big dumbell just randomly laying around all the time. It has no label but based on common sense it's either a 140 or 150, maybe even a 160. Anyway, for fun I rowed it and it was quite easy, that was satisfying. ha.
