    Maybe a short session time wise but you got your numbers in. 405 is killer weight on any exercise man, it's too bad time ran out because I wanted to see some deads up in this motherfucka!

    haha the deads are gonna have to wait, I dont wanna hurt my back anymore than it already is. Today I'm doing Legs and I might try a set or two with 135 and 225 on deads to see how that feels, but thats about it.

    Alright Guys, as you know I start bulking September 1. The last week of August I'm going to take a week off from the gym and then hit it hard again on the 31st (Monday)

    I'll be bulking for 6 months so thats at least two different splits right there, here will be the split I'm starting August 31st.

    Monday - Legs
    Tuesday - Chest/Triceps
    Wednesday - Back/Biceps
    Thursday - OFF (maybe go in for cardio and calves)
    Friday - Shoulders/Arms
    Saturday - Power Day (Traps, Bench Press, and probably some Incline Bench as well)

    As you can see I'm hitting arms twice a week, theyre by far my stingiest body part so I really wanna blast them. I'm also hitting chest twice a week as well, its another stingy part but I really wanna make my arms explode this bulk phase

    If anybody has any opinions or advice to give me on this split just throw it out, I'm open for criticism.

    Don't you do benching movements on chest day?

    Benching after a arm/shoulder day isn't going to put up high numbers I think.

    And they way you set it up now, I think leggs get to less attention imo.

    well I do shoulders on Fridays now and do my Power day on Saturday and it hasnt effected me. My shoulders are never sore so it'll work out. As for how my triceps will feel thats another story, we'll see how that works. I'm not too concerned about numbers anyway, just improving my physique

    and no I dont do benching movements on chest day, I do DB Movements

    I'm not too sure what you mean by legs are getting less attention either, but I train them hard once a week. The time will come for them to be trained twice a week dont worry, maybe the 2nd half of my bulk phase.

    Wow man, big weight on squats and that last set must've been absolute hell. Nice weight on the hack squats as well. Must've have been in and out of there pretty quick. Nicely done.
