    Yes, you are. The weight in my sig is actually pretty accurate, but I'm in the best shape I've been in since my freshmen year of college. Anyway, nice pressing and big, big shrugs.

    My joints have been yelling at me so I'm giving them a rest this week and doing higher reps.

    Yesterday I had chest and arms,benching 225x10 for 4 sets was the highlight. Today I did lats and shoulders, db rowed 110x12 for 4 sets. My gym just got these 110lbs too, I certainly needed them. Now if we could get some 130s or 140s so I could row a decent amount of weight I'd be happy.

    Today I weighed 202lbs

    315x1 - I had a little more left I think, but I played it safe

    Me+135 x4 - chest was exhausted at this point

    Did tris and bis and called it a day

    I shrugged 605x7 this past saturday btw, that's an all time best.

    Hammer strength shoulder press
    2 plates a side x12; very slow and controlled reps on this day

    Chest from yesterday

    Incline db press

    Flat db press

    110x7 fatigue set in

    Hammer strength incline press
    2 plates a side x10; slow controlled movements

    I did Lats as well but found this amount to be more interesting to share

    This afternoon is arms. I'm hoping to close grip 265 for 3-5 reps

    That's how I get down.

    I have chest tomorrow. I'm going to rep it out and keep the reps around 8-12. However, my first set of bench I'm going all out and seeing what I can do. The most I've ever done with 225 is 18 I do believe and I'd certainly like to surpass that mark.

    The diet right now is as follows:
    300g protein
    300g carbs
    75g fat

    Goal is to lose 1-2lbs a week and reduce calories as needed. I weighed 210.8 today

    Day 5 of my diet and things are going well. I may have to increase my calories as I've lost 5lbs in 5 days. I'm going to keep my calories the same until Wednesday then if I have to I'll add 200 to my daily intake. I was eating 3500-4000 daily just to maintain, so it may have been a bit too much.

    Trained arms today, close gripped 265x5 and also hit 275x5. Nothing more worth mentioning.

    I guess I should state my current stats considering I'm dieting.

    6' 205.4lbs down from 211. Body fat is around 15-16%

    Some obliques and abs are beginning to show. Pretty stoked. Yesterday was my first refeed/cheat day. Put down 600g of carbs, felt good.
