    Nicely done bro! Good weight on squats and it's awesome to hear you're working on your form just as much as you are at increasing your weights (I still need to try hacks btw). Good job not neglecting the hammies either...but don't forget your seated calf raises as well. You don't want your calves to end up like mine! LOL

    That leg session was pretty good. Your squats are still pretty good, but I thought you wanted to stay parrelel just because you didnt want to put more mass around your ass. haha that ryhmed. anyway, looking pretty good. That smoothie sounds delicious. I should start making those when im off my diet, I will then get huge.

    I figure you cant have too big of an ass or hammies so why not, plus I'm bulking and trying to incorporate every muscle fiber I have by using a greater range of motion.

    You can eat that smoothie while your on your diet too Paul, theyre healthy. Lots of antioxidants!

    Tweak, those squats are nasty bro. It makes a lot of difference going ass to grass doesnt it? Thats the only way to go in my book brother. Awesome session, keep on squattin and hittin those deads and you will be huge man. I'm gonna try and out do your legs session when I hit up mine today. You better watch your back brother!

    How do you go about w/ the close grip db incline press? Never heard of that. Did you mean to type cleose grip BB incline presses?

    nope...its close grip db press, hold the dumbells over head like you were to do a fly, but just keep them there...come down, go up...its a pretty difficult movement but I really like it. Give it a try

    Good session of Chest and Arms. You sure did hit the arms pretty hard. You will have 18" arms soon if you keep that up.

    I noticed when you sent me my split, you had cable curl written down. Am I doing a regular cable curl, or am I doing the Inbetween Overhead cable curl or whatever it was called? That one exercise we did for biceps at spiece.

    Incredible chest and arm session too matey, an absolute screamer. Cracking to see the Tweak Press make another appearance! Damn, there's some incredible work in there Tweak - Supersetting too! Great numbers all over the house Tweak, really bringing home the mass now muckker.
