Great couple of sessions Tweak. Supreme work on the chest, but let's see some numbers for the first two movements next time buddy! Those powershrugs are simply breathtaking mate. Awesome work.

And another brutal leg session to follow. Amazing numbers on the hacks and those walking lunges are total hardcore Tweak. I can barely stand in one spot and do mine, but walking about...sheesh! Quality work buddy.

Lookin good Tweak. I told you I would finally get to your log bro, I got cha sweetie. Those front squats and hacks are just plain nasty bro along with the walking lundges and squats. Man, I couldnt of done it better myself bro. Keep up the work man and don't let shit get you down, just keep pounding away at the weights and remember, that is the one place and thing in life that you have control over.

There is a video of it in here somewhere. As always you got some crazy dips man. You're leaving me in the dust keep it up Tweak, those boys in that competition won't know where you came from or what you hit them with when you step on that stage.

You dominated your back! You deadlift still looks pretty good. You got 3 sets of 8 at 315...no straps....thats domination. I bet that BB row felt pretty good, are you switching back and forth with DB's and BB's?

Good session, you will have huge forearms one day.
