You sure did dominate those chins, even if you didnt get 60lbs, you are still progressing very nicely. Those pulldowns feel really good, the contract your lats so greatly, i love it! You strength really dominates mine though.

Flat BB Press - I kept it really light because this really has been hurting my shoulder, I'm almost thinking about cutting it out entirely

Paramount Seated Chest - I tried something different with the weight, I'd go heavy, then light, heavy, then light just to see how that worked, pretty great pump actually

You really do have quite a bit of injuries. Wrist, back, shoulder....it hards for you to do alot of exercises. This is why I will soon dominate you in strength, muahaha.
Anyway, you incline bb press is looking really good. And I bet that paramount chest press felt great, I wish the Y had one, but we have something similar. Shrugs look good, you gotta maintain those awesome traps you have. Ill send you your pic in a PM tomorrow, dont worry. See ya later!
