    I like your back session tweakin great work!

    Yes i would add shoulder exercises, but i would also change what u have here, Barbell military press, upright barbell rows, and a db movemnet for your reardelts, then some shrugs bro. Try burning out your delts w a drop sets of high rep DB side laterials, then going and doing shrugs, makes a higes differance on what your shoulder feel like unde rthat heavy weight bro!

    EDIT: STAY AWAY FROM THE DANG MACHINES! Unless u have to use them to work around and injury.

    I cant do seated Db Presses right now, or Upright Rows, or else they'd be in there cuz they are my favorite I'll try military press Sunday though and see hwo that goes. As for shrugs my traps dont need to be trained twice a week so I'll only be training those on the 2nd shoulder/back session of the week.

    I already have a db movement for my rear delts

    Sunday it'll be something like this:

    Military Press
    Side Laterals
    Upright Rows (I'll see how they feel)
    Rear Laterals

    Back:
    Deadlift
    Close Grip Pulldown
    Chinups

    Traps:
    BB Shrugs

    hows that Ben? I'm still alternating with my back for thickness and for width, but its much better this time since I'm training everything twice a week.


    Next session is Friday and I'm gonna smash my Legs

    That was a dominating session! I hope that injury gets better for you, shoulder injuries really do suck! 225 on BB row, and strict form...that is awesome! Excellent! Is this the week were you start training everything twice in one week? You will truly dominate in strength and size by the time you are done bulking. We need to work out sometime soon! See ya!

    you're legs are lookin really strong there dude, unfortunate about the back though...i know all too well about that with my back injury that still gives me strife on the heavier sets of squats n deads but hopefully that "dam chiroprator" will help you out

    thanks Mak, I feel my back is holding my Squat Weight back which means its reducing my chance of more growth to my legs

    At least I'm hitting legs twice a week and my leg press isnt effected at all

    last couple weeks I've ate like dirt and had some stress and shit so I'm right in between 190-195 right now, it fluctuates from day to day. I'm back on track tomorrow though, I just hate the curve balls life throws at you.

    Great thing is I'm still getting quite stronger so theres nothing wrong with that

    Tomorrow I'm back to 500 carbs a day with 300g protein
